Making breakfast the night before always feels like the ULTIMATE mum-win. These overnight oats are so easy and healthy and contain no added sugars - the sweetness from the nut milk and apples is just perfect! Super adaptable aswell so you could easily substitute the raisins for some berries or even chocolate chips if you’re feeling indulgent!


120g oats

375ml milk (I usually use unsweetened almond or an almond coconut blend, but also sometimes substitute half for organic whole milk so that Rosie gets a good dose of dairy)

2 apples (grated)

2 tablespoons chia seeds

I handful of raisins


1. put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and store in the fridge overnight! 2. Go to bed feeling smug that there is a delicious and healthy breakfast waiting for you ready made for the morning :)
